TENATIVE** The USO Fleet Week Arrival & Welcome Reception serves as the first point of connection for sailors and Marines arriving in Houston. As ships enter port, USO staff and volunteers are on hand to provide a warm, organized welcome that sets the tone for the week ahead. Through light refreshments, comfort items, and friendly faces, the USO helps service members transition from sea to shore while reinforcing a strong message of appreciation, hospitality, and community support from the City of Houston.
