US Space Force’s Birthday at Houston MEPS

We’re marking this special day with an exciting lineup of activities designed to bring service members and their families together. From interactive games to trivia and bingo, the celebration will be full of fun, friendly competition, and connection.

As we enjoy the festivities, we’ll also take time to honor the groundbreaking achievements and dedication of the U.S. Space Force—the newest branch of our Armed Forces—whose mission is to safeguard our nation’s interests beyond Earth’s atmosphere.

USO staff and volunteers will be on hand to ensure a memorable celebration for all. It’s a day to recognize the vital role the Space Force plays in protecting our national security and to show our appreciation for the men and women who serve.
