USO Houston welcomed members of an Honor Flight this morning at Hobby Airport, ensuring their arrival was nothing less than special! The Honor Flight included veterans from WWII, Vietnam and the Korean War. Special emphasis was placed on a warm welcome, navigation of the airport, and a successful departure. USO Houston volunteer Michelle Hamby assisted Mr. Ashwood (flying solo) successfully link up with other participants who were flying in to Houston as a group, before heading to Washington D.C.
